  we love our sofa and recliner purchased from Taft in late October. My husbands recliner developed a slight lump on the seat in February. I called and your repair person, Dennis came out a few days later to make the diagnosis. The part was ordered and he came back to fix it. Absolutely GREAT now. Actually even more comfy than before. Dennis was so nice and certainly new his "business". We are very happy with Taft!
