  Brady Duhame, former head chef at 15 Church, has fulfilled a lifelong dream in this establishment (located inside Sinclair Saratoga) that serves up Asian street food. Tonkatsu Ramen is up to big city standards with a rich, satisfying broth. Korean Fried Chicken is as good as I've had, and I've had a lot. There's a frequently changing menu of bao, egg rolls and other snacks including a few veggie options. The best accompaniment to this food is a strong ale from the bar; fortunately some good names are usually on draft.
